12 week Customized Nutrition Plan:

1- questionnaire for creating your customized plan tailored to your specific goals.

1- one hour initial assessment appointment that includes the measurement of body fat/ inches/weight, taking before pictures (preferably in a bathing suit), and reviewing your customized nutrition plan for the upcoming 12 weeks. We will discuss options for “expediting the process” such as online training, supplementation, B-12 injections, etc.

1- one hour 6 week check up appointment in which we can tweak the plan if need be and reassess goals. You will have all measurements retaken, as well as 6 week pictures taken. 

1-30 minute final 12 week assessment appointment with final measurements and pictures. We can discuss options for continuing the program.

1- 12 week full assess membership to Sarah’s closed Facebook accountability group. She will post recipes, grocery finds and deals, helpful tips, exercise challenges, etc. You will be able to chat with others within the group to hold one another accountable. 

***You will have access to Sarah throughout the entire 12 weeks through email with any questions you may have along your journey. ***
